Over the last decade, he has led Nishant Soni & Associates (NSAA) as a valuation-led, tech-savvy practice working with promoters, investors and boards. He has contributed to ICAI forums on MSME, startups and valuations.
Through NSAA, Nishant has led over 1,500 valuation assignments and Virtual CFO engagements for growth-stage companies, with a focus on capital discipline, governance and investor readiness.
